Fancy some GREAT food before the show? Why not reserve a table downstairs in andwhynot? Our chef’s will be serving our amazing Main Menu & Junior Menu from Midday plus our amazing Wood Fired Pizza menu will also be available.
If you are dining downstairs beforehand, please remember to reserve your table separate to your show tickets – and make sure you leave enough time to be seated upstairs before the show starts!

Standing Ticket
This is a ticket only event, full payment is required when making your reservation.
‘Seated tickets’ and ‘Standing only’ tickets are now available for most shows. A ‘Standing only’ ticket means that you will not be allocated a seat, whereas ‘Seated tickets’ have allocated seating all afternoon. We kindly ask all ‘standing ticket’ holders to respect the view of seated guests and request they stand near the bar during the show.
Tables for ‘seated tickets’ are allocated for 2 persons or more.
Coming with friends but purchasing tickets separately? Please call us and we’ll do our very best to situate your tables next to each other, however this is not guaranteed.

Currently, Canvas is not wheelchair accessible— and for that, we apologise.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, we will do our best to resell any tickets offered back to us prior to the show. If you have spare tickets, contact us first before attempting to resell on social media—we may have a waiting list! Please note resale tickets are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any refunds/credits if tickets do not resell. No refunds for Covid-19 related cancellations.
IMPORTANT FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT INFO>>>PLEASE READ!
1) For non-walking babies, baby slings or carriers are recommended and preferred. To avoid tripping, pushchairs/buggies will not be allowed upstairs in Canvas.
2) Babies may be ‘added’ to a table number for no extra charge if carried in a sling or sat upon an adult’s knee at all times. All children will need to be counted as seated guests, except for non- walking babies.
3) This is a family friendly event, children will be more than welcome upstairs in Canvas, we politely ask you bear this in mind before booking your tickets.
4) Parents/guardians/adults remain responsible for children at all times. Children must remain under supervision.
5) Music will be kept at safe levels. Please bring ear defenders if you wish – they will not be provided.
6) Every member of your party requires a ticket for admission.
7) For parties that do not include children, we understand you want to enjoy your afternoon, but please consider the age of some of our guests attending this event. Please do not be offended if we ask you the mind your language or behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
No person considered intoxicated will be admitted.
We will advise you of any changes that may affect the time or group size of your reservation ASAP.
